WATERTOWN, MA: Media analysis and market intelligence company Cymfony has added a new dashboard application to its suite of offerings.
Called Orchestra, the product allows users to conduct integrated analysis of mainstream and consumer-generated media.
"It enables you to see the correlation between these two types of media, but also lets you have a separate view," said Andrew Bernstein, CEO of Cymfony. He added that the product's development was based on requests from current clients.
With more journalists doing research on blogs and vice versa, clients want to be able to see where stories started and how they jump from one medium to the other, Bernstein said.
"People don't just want to monitor this," he added. "They want a strategic tool; they want to see what's happening with trends."
