Since August 2004, Loeber has served as VP, director of publicity for the Atria Books and Washington Square imprints at Simon & Schuster.

At Atria, he restructured the publicity department and created campaigns for celebrity authors such as Michael Jordan, Tommy Lee, Pamela Anderson, and Ewan MacGregor.

Regan Media is rumored to have had problems in its publicity and PR department of late. According to the New York Post's Page Six, Regan Media's former PR director, Paul Crichton, quit two weeks ago amid questions about unauthorized spending in the department. The publicity department at Regan Books did not return calls seeking comment.

Regan Media's imprint, ReganBooks, has published such works as Michael Moore's Stupid White Men, Sean Hannity's Deliver Us From Evil, and American Soldier by Gen. Tommy Franks.
