FREMONT, CA: IT consulting and outsourcing company Infosys has selected Bite Communications as its North American AOR.
The $1.6 billion company is one of India's leading tech consulting firms, operating in more than 15 countries. But in the US, the company faces stiff competition in the growing consulting market, from the likes of IBM and Accenture.Bite will help Infosys build its PR infrastructure as well as thought leadership programs to help the company build its brand, said Jonathan Gandal, SVP and GM of Bite's New York office.
Competitors such as IBM and Accenture offer different business models, and thus different services.
"It's going to be the battle of business models, and which company can deliver the services customers need," said Gandal.
