WOBURN, MA: PolyMedica Corporation, a provider of healthcare products and related services, has named Mullen its lead strategic and creative agency.
The agency will also provide public relations, media planning and buying for direct mail and online marketing for PolyMedica companies, including Liberty Healthcare and National Diabetic Pharmacies. Mullen said it would be working with other PolyMedica agency partners, such as A. Eicoff & Company to design and implement new marketing efforts.
Industry estimates value the account at $70 million, however, David Swaebe, director of corporate communications for Mullen, says that figure is not correct.
He could not disclose the amount of the agreement but said "that figure significantly overstates the purchase price of the media PolyMedica purchased over the last year."
