NEW YORK: PRWeek parent company Haymarket is launching a new
magazine about Internet marketing.
Revolution, a monthly publication about marketing in the digital
economy, will make its US debut in March. The second launch into the US
market for the UK-based publishing group, it is based in the same
Flatiron District digs as PRWeek.
The monthly’s editorial staff is headed by Stovin Hayter, founding
editor of Revolution’s weekly UK sister title and PRWeek’s Weekly Web
Watch columnist. The publishing director is Vicky Browning.
’Many American marketers and new media decision-makers already read the
British edition,’ said Browning. ’Based on their reaction and our
success in the UK, we believe we have something unique to offer.’
To whet readers’ appetites, the magazine launched its web site (www.
revolutionmagazine.com) last week.
The newsstand cover price is dollars 4, with an annual subscription rate
of dollars 24.
