MILWAUKEE: Morgan & Myers has rounded out its offerings by
acquiring advertising agency Sargent & Potratz.
With the purchase, M&M president and CEO Gary Myers said his firm -
which generated fee income of dollars 7.6 million last year - should
bring in ’well over dollars 10 million’ in 2000.
The two agencies entered into a joint venture in January 1998 whereby
they shared staff, clients and even office space. ’Other than
financially, we’ve been operating as one company,’ Myers said.
The combined, 92-person firm will operate as Morgan & Myers, and S&P
staffers have already been relocated to M&M’s Milwaukee, Minnesota and
Jefferson, WI offices.
Shared clients include agricultural equipment company Case Tyler and the
California Raisin Marketing Board.
