Celebrity PR firm PMK does a great job of shielding its A-list clients from the press, but it could probably do a better job of watching its fax machine.

clients from the press, but it could probably do a better job of

watching its fax machine.

The New York Post’s infamous Page Six column reported that it received a

faxed memo from PMK addressed to Queen Latifah. The misplaced missive

advised the rap star/actress/talk-show host that VH-1 would pay her

dollars 10,000 to host five episodes of The List, the show where B-list

celebrities debate such pressing issues as ’artist you most want to

spend the night with.’

Hosting responsibilities include two days of rehearsing and shooting,

’with hair, make-up and stylist services provided.’ Ten grand plus a

free makeover? Not bad for two days’ ’work.’

But the Queen will probably pass: ’I doubt she’ll do it,’ a PMK staffer

told the Post. ’She’s so busy.’
