Vidnet - whose account has been estimated at about dollars 100,000 -

previously worked with Santa Monica-based iAgency.

According to Vidnet CEO Stephen Brown, the company terminated that

relationship and put the account up for review about four months ago

because ’we were looking for a new approach, and People’s Revolution had

a grasp on our demographics and the edge we needed.’

Farmclub.com is a brand- new company, and People’s Revolution is their

first agency. Budget figures were not disclosed.

The two companies join a roster that includes a number of digital

entertainment and offline clients, such as fashion designer Vivienne

Tam, Shockwave and the Digital Entertainment Network.
