SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO: Niehaus Ryan Wong has created a new executive level

and named three VPs to fill it: former McQuertergroup VP/GM Aaron

Heinrich (who joins as a VP overseeing the financial services,

eMarketing and global networks groups); former Sybase PR chief Marcie

Powers (VP in charge of the eBusiness group); and NY-based NRW managing

director Laura Hamilton (promoted to VP).





WESTFORD, MA: TechMarCom has snagged two new clients, Cognos Corp. and

GeePS.com. In addition, Angstrom Microsystems, which originally retained

the firm for Linux World Expo support, has extended its contract. All

three clients are on three-month retainers worth a combined dollars

15,000 in monthly billings.





LOS ANGELES: Fleishman-Hillard’s LA-based marketing communications group

has added Sonya Conway as a managing supervisor for the Sony Computer

Entertainment America account. She joins from Golin/Harris.

hired online public affairs specialist Jason Maloni as group

practice has landed contracts from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the

US Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency.
