ESM will be folded into a new full-service RF&A regional office in

Nashville.

ESM president Renita Gordon will serve as GM of the office and continue

to oversee the ESM division. ’We were looking at the possibility of

opening a Nashville office last year, but we hadn’t found the right

person to lead the charge,’ French said.

The deal was a cash transaction, although French declined to reveal the

amount. However, it’s not likely to have been excessive, as ESM has only

four employees and five clients.

French predicted that the Nashville office will grow to between dollars

750,000 and dollars 1 million in fee billings within the next year

through existing clients and several new prospects which have surfaced

as a result of the acquisition.

RF&A is planning to add staffers in Nashville, including an account

supervisor to assist with ESM’s Jack Daniel’s business. The firm will

also continue its expansion with the opening of a Florida office in the

Tampa/St. Petersburg area, and is exploring opportunities west of the

Mississippi.
