MADRID: Ketchum has assumed majority ownership of Spanish Executive

Information Services (SEIS).



Ketchum bought 30% of the firm in ’93 and now ups its stake to 70%.

Founded in ’89 by Tony Noel and Teresa Garcia Cisneros, SEIS boasts 42

employees and fee income of dollars 2.4 million. The agency’s client

roster includes blue chips such as Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Cisco

Systems and IKEA.



’SEIS is a model for the business we’re building around the world,’ said

Ketchum senior partner/CEO Dave Drobis. Senior partner/international

Jerry Olszewski added that there are no immediate plans to buy SEIS

outright.



SEIS is the fifth-ranked firm in Spain, according to the Spanish

Association of PR Agencies.
