BOSTON: Adding to its array of editorial database products, Press

Access has introduced a television broadcast database that includes

national TV networks, syndicators, broadcast news services and cable

programming covering general news, technology, business, and

finance.

The database will provide background and working preference information

for approximately 1,400 business, technology and finance contacts at

nearly 200 outlets, as well as program profiles and planned content.

According to Press Access VP Grant Steele, the new service was developed

mainly in response to client demand. ’Our research analysts were

starting to see a number of outlets where there’s a vast amount of

opportunity for technology companies,’ he said.

The database is being offered at an introductory price of dollars 1,995

for a single user, with multiple user discounts and site licenses

available.

However, Steele said that the company would consider incorporating the

TV broadcast database into one of its premium packages, depending on

customer demand and how big the broadcast area becomes.

Founded in 1992, Press Access attempts to sate the information and

automation needs of PR pros through research, technical solutions and

customer service.
