ready to take a bite out of the Big Apple. The four-month-old agency has

tapped executive search firm Goldman & Bell to nab a NYC-based pro to

head up a Manhattan branch for its expanding operations.

’We turn away at least three to five New York client prospects a week,

because we cannot serve these companies until we have a base of

operations there,’ explained Red Whistle president Lee McEnany Caraher.

’We also have a number of East Coast clients who might be better served

if we had someone physically closer.’

Caraher said her first priority is finding the right top-level

executive, and office space will follow. ’As an IPG (Interpublic Group)

company, we have plenty of sister firms that we can bunk with at first,’

she said.
