boutique firms to specialize in online and interactive PR and online

marketing promotions, has lost co-founder and CEO Alan Wallace.

Wallace, who helped launch iAgency in 1995, announced earlier this month

that he has left the Los Angeles-based firm and sold his share in the

business to co-founder Tony Winders, who will now direct the agency as

chairman, president and CEO.

Winders, who recently received funding from Beverly Hills-based Round

One Investments, said he intends to develop iAgency into a broadband

advertising studio. While the firm will continue to service its PR

clients - which currently account for about 50% of the agency’s revenues

- Winders sees his shop morphing into more of a ’strategic consulting

unit’ to the ad studio clients in the future.

Current iAgency clients include Clicksure, Warner Bros. Studio Store,

Stamps.com and F/X Networks.
