NEW YORK: Just weeks after restructuring the group’s PR
operations, the Magazine Publishers of America’s chief marketing
officer has flown the coop.
Christine Miller announced last week that she will be departing to join
Discovery.com early next month as EVP and chief marketing officer. In

headquarters, she will help recruit the MPA’s new PR director. During

Prior to arriving at the MPA, Miller’s career included a stint as EVP
of marketing at Bloomingdale’s.
