worth more than dollars 630,000 in annualized fee income since

mid-July.

The most high-profile of the new clients is Nada PC, a pre-launch Santa

Monica, CA company that - in exchange for signing up for a checking

account and three years of ISP service - is giving users a special TV

called ’the iCEBOX’ that enables them to access the Internet, play DVDs

and listen to CD-ROMs. The company is the brainchild of the founder of

former Terpin client FreeMac, whose deal with Apple to give away iMacs

to those signing up for Earthlink Internet service fell through last

year.

Other new business for Terpin includes Urban Goods, an online guide to

hip destinations across the US; Net Catalyst, an aggregator that helps

incubators find buyers for their money-losing portfolio companies; and

ChannelStorm, an Israeli company that provides software enabling

real-time Webcast production.
