RA’ANANA, ISRAEL: Major League Baseball International has made a call to the bullpen - for PR. The organization, founded in 1989 to increase global participation in baseball at the youth level, has tapped Israel-based Coast 2 Coast Communications for marketing and PR in the Middle East. ’While most people initially associate baseball exclusively with America, the fact is that it has become a truly international sport,’ said Clive Russell, MLB’s director of operations for Europe/Middle East/Asia.
