Zenith hires Ripp to raise its profile

Cordiant Communications and Saatchi & Saatchi, has tapped Allan Ripp PR

to raise its profile.



Well known in Europe for its research on the media sector, Zenith

remains largely anonymous in the US. Ripp’s charge is to promote the

variety of Zenith’s business operations and its recent research on the

country’s 20 major media owners.



Making Ripp’s task more challenging is Zenith’s unsettled ownership

situation.



The company’s primary backers are Saatchi & Saatchi (in the midst of

being acquired by Publicis) and Cordiant (reportedly in merger talks

with True North Communications).



Recent Ripp wins also include VC firm HudsonVenture Partners.
