SureAir taps RM&D for dollars 200k job

selected Richardson, Myers & Donofrio (RM&D) for an integrated

campaign.



The PR component of the account is valued at more than dollars 200,000,

according to RM&D VP Brian Lewbart. He added that his agency’s PR

efforts will include brand development, media and trade relations,

promotions and trade-show support. The overall value of the account is

dollars 3 million.



In addition to PR, RM&D will provide advertising, interactive marketing

and direct marketing assistance. The firm will also develop and

implement an ethnography-based knowledge management system that provides

ongoing, on-site contact with targeted customers and prospects. This

effort should allow for interaction with targeted groups in their work

environment and gain knowledge that can be used for developing

brand-development and positioning campaigns.



Based in Stamford, CT, SureAir is a resource for companies that need

heating, ventilation and air-conditioning maintenance. The company

currently works with retail chains that, collectively, have more than

30,000 locations.



Among SureAir’s customers are Eddie Bauer, FAO Schwarz, GNC and Talbots.
