Scour bankrupt, CarryOn is sour

BEVERLY HILLS, CA: CarryOn Communications, which recently filed a law suit against file-swapping start-up Scour for non-payment of four months' service, has been left holding the bag for dollars 154,000 in unpaid fees (PRWeek, 10 October).

BEVERLY HILLS, CA: CarryOn Communications, which recently filed a law suit against file-swapping start-up Scour for non-payment of four months' service, has been left holding the bag for dollars 154,000 in unpaid fees (PRWeek, 10 October).

Scour filed for Chapter 11 in federal bankruptcy court last week. The company has pledged to continue operation of its Web site and file-sharing services.
