Scour bankrupt, CarryOn is sour

BEVERLY HILLS, CA: CarryOn Communications, which recently filed a law suit against file-swapping start-up Scour for non-payment of four months' service, has been left holding the bag for dollars 154,000 in unpaid fees (PRWeek, 10 October).
