MORRISTOWN, NJ: DKB & Partners, the New Jersey advertising PR firm whose annual billings have reached dollars 74 million in four years, has appointed Rachel Staley to beef up the PR side of the business. Staley, who will be PR account coordinator, will support the agency's media relations, special event and strategic planning efforts, working across a number of clients including MD Foods, Verizon Communications and McGraw-Hill
