NEW YORK: TVN Communications Group has appointed Kyle Carmone to be its manager of business development and Kenneth Nord as coordinator, broadcast media relationships. Carmone, who was promoted from media coordinator, helped launch the firm's Hispanic television news service and expanded TVN's reach in healthcare media to include major Web sites and portals. He will now be responsible for spearheading development and implementation of new media alliances
