Word on the street is that Fleishman-Hillard, Ketchum, Ogilvy and Grey Advertising are on the winning teams, although the official announcement is not expected until the end of the month.

Once the selection of the four winners is announced, the teams can bid on task orders covering the planning, development and production of HCFA's consumer-based communications programs and materials.
