It seems a dollars 1,000 contribution from Abdurahman Alamoudi, secretary of the American Muslim Council - a group whose help would prove a hindrance to Hillary Clinton's campaign - was listed as coming from someone in the 'American Museum Council'.
Lazio's spokespeople jumped at the chance to accuse Clinton of trying to hide a questionable contribution. Her campaign naturally wrote it off as a simple mistake.
We're personally disappointed that Lazio's people couldn't simply spin a scandal out of a contribution from The American Museum Council.
