Rubenstein & Associates behind 'Frozen in Time' stunt

NEW YORK: Rubenstein & Associates was the PR force behind David Blaine's 'Frozen in Time' stunt in New York's Times Square. The illusionist was encased in an 8 x 6-foot block of ice for 61 hours from November 27-30. The event generated 1,500 broadcast hits in the US and, in addition to ABC, was covered extensively by the New York Times and overseas media. Around 40,000 people visited the frozen Blaine on a specially constructed walkway that was open for 48 hours.
