WASHINGTON: House Democratic Whip press secretary Fred Clarke will leave for New York this month, to become an account supervisor for Golin/Harris International. Clarke was spokesperson for Whip David Bonior (D-MI) for the last two years and worked the press on many high profile issues before Congress including PNTR, the minimum wage and the repeal of secret evidence.
