PALO ALTO, CA: Silicon Valley-based hi-tech PR firm Neale-May & Partners is launching a new stand-alone practice to assist clients with business development and partnering.

Headed by E. Kenneth Twichell, a business development specialist who joined Neale-May four months ago, the Business Partnering Services Group will help emerging tech companies forge strategic alliances with other industry players. According to Twichell, the division is on track to bring in at least dollars 900,000 in annual fee revenue for 2001.

Prior to joining Neale-May, Twichell was VP of e-business development at VISTAinfo, one of the largest information database firms in the US.

Before that, he spent 12 years as executive director for International Association Managers.

One of the last remaining Silicon Valley independents with a hi-tech focus, Neale-May has about 80 staffers and has generated nearly dollars 6.4 million in 1999. The firm has offices in Palo Alto, San Francisco and New York.
