David Labarr, director of corporate communications for the online advertising firm, said no official decision had been made but the company was 'thinking about ways to consolidate.' But a source close to the agency confirmed that Razorfish and Lois Paul agreed to split late last week.

It remains unclear how Razorfish's other agency relationships will be affected. Gentry Communications, which handles PR for the company on the West Coast, is pitching for the lead slot. In addition, Pryor & Associates handles PR for some of Razorfish's media, entertainment and broadband business.
