WASHINGTON: Public affairs firm Quinn Gillespie and the Stevens &

Schriefer Group, a political consulting firm, have created a new

advertising agency, called Mosaic Media. It will cash in on the

lucrative market for advocacy advertising. Mosaic president Russ

Schriefer said the new advertising agency is a free-standing entity from

the two firms. The new company has made clear its interest in working on

image development and issue advocacy campaigns for coalitions, trade

associations, and corporations.
