CHICAGO: To promote American lamb as a culinary choice, BSMG and sister ad agency Bozell will use three years of 23 USDA-awarded grants to lamb marketing agencies totaling dollars 4.85 million. Six Chicago staffers at BSMG Chicago will focus on five project areas: consumer positioning; a US lamb identification program; retail marketing and new product development; an American lamb information center and culinary outreach
