BOSTON: Bullhorn, a provider of Web-based software solutions, is using a dollars 4 million investment from GE Asset Management to hire David Willis Jr. as SVP of marketing, and employ Miller Consulting Group to build the company's market awareness and presence. Willis will manage a staff of seven and report to Barry Hinckley, founder and CEO. Previously, Willis was director of marketing and new customer development for the American Skiing Company.
