PR Newswire taps interactive leader

NEW YORK: PR Newswire (PRN) has created a new position to

capitalize on the growth potential of the interactivity market, naming

Bridget Aronna manager of interactive services product integration.

Aronna will focus on the company's forthcoming TButton(TM), and Global

Business Garden (GBG) offerings. Targeted to pre-IPO companies, GBG was

soft-launched a few weeks ago in partnership with the National Business

Incubator Association.

GBG has 27 clients, which post their profiles online.

'Their goal is to have their profile described to venture capital and

entrepreneurs,' said Aronna. 'Our goal is to give them discounted

services to get them familiar with PRN in early stages and they can

later graduate to other services.'

In a few weeks, the company will officially launch the TBut-ton(TM)

interactive news release service, which is currently being beta-tested

in the US.

It surveys online press release readers to gauge their interest in the

news, and Aronna is working with PRN's UK and Hong Kong offices to begin

global beta-testing.

Aronna previously served as coordinator for PRN's global markets,

researching new business ventures and coordinating new service rollouts.
