How long have you been in your job? 3 years
Describe the space you work in The state of my desk is best described as
'controlled chaos.' On my office walls I have a variety of things,
including my seven-year-old daughter's 'refrigerator art,' medical
posters (the anatomical ones you see in a doctor's office) of the brain
and ear - to remind me to think and listen - and various mementos from
past work, such as a photo of me and Jay Leno taken when a client was on
his show (we even had our own dressing room next to that night's musical
Outside my window, I have a view of beautiful downtown San Diego. (But I
have to close my blinds every afternoon because the sun shines right in

Who is the smartest person you work with? I had an account executive
named Ted Ladd, who is now PR manager at Websense. We used to compare
SAT scores. He had 1330. Me? Well, I can beat him in arm wrestling.
Who is the craziest? Michael Mark, our president and creative director.
This guy has enough energy to solve California's power crisis.
How comfortable are your offices? We have an automated massage chair,
televisions mounted on the walls that play all day, a putting green, a
foosball table, a revolving art gallery, and a mini-basketball court in
our lobby. So, I'd say pretty comfortable.
What is the biggest thing to hit your office in the past year?
Pregnancy. It seems like all the women discovered it at the same
Sneak us a good piece of gossip from your office Our vice president of
marketing has 15 or 16 outfits that involve leather (skirts and pants -
as far as we know).
