is targeted to company executives and/or managers who are either making
layoffs or dealing with a nervous staff.
With hints including "best practices in downsizing," the site gives tips
and warnings, as well as links to sites including f*ckedcompany.com and
The site also offers a "layoff diagnostic tool," a .pdf file asking such
questions as: "Do you have a clear business rationale for making
layoffs?" (Er, no, they just seemed like the trendy thing to do - Ed)
and "Have you provided comms training for key managers and leaders?"
