NEW YORK: Two Fortune 500 firms have hired Westhill Partners to
help set up high-powered internet-based tools to improve internal and
external communications.
Guinness UDV North America and John Hancock Financial Services recruited
the agency separately. Westhill-owned divisions Westhill Logic and
Rombhus will be executing the projects for both companies.
Guinness hired Westhill for a service that Westhill claims "examines the
speed, effectiveness, and productivity of communications programs"
through a specially designed application service provider called
Westhill C3.
John Hancock hired Westhill to help it see the results of its corporate
communications and public affairs efforts. As part of the account,
Westhill will set up an electronic program to improve communications
between the company's external business partners, including agents,
brokers, and institutions.
