PHILADELPHIA: The Brownstein Group (TBG), an integrated agency, has
parlayed a series of smaller assignments into its new status as PR
agency of record for Siemens Medical Solutions Health Services
Corporation.
TBG out-pitched seven other agencies, including the Star Group and Neff
& Associates in the final round to win the business.
Siemens initially selected TBG to support its public relations efforts
for clinical and financial software products. The two companies worked
together again when TBG assisted Siemens with the introduction of its
Soarian health information solution.
The agency also provides public relations for Siemens' Professional and
Business Consulting Services.
"They have quickly proven their value in our work together, delivering
PR counsel to help us shape strategy, and contributing to the successful
launch of Soarian," said Konnie Stark, director of corporate
communications for Siemens Health Services.
As agency of record, TBG's goal is to let the healthcare community know
that Siemens has an established presence in both the healthcare and IT
spaces.
Matthew Zinman, director of PR for TBG, said the firm would soon be
announcing two other important account wins, including a top tech brand
account and a consumer account.
