NEWS BRIEFS: New clients for Access Communications

SAN FRANCISCO: Access Communications had added an SVP and three new

clients worth a combined $500,000 for the year. For Thomson

Financial, the agency will work on an internal communications project

that includes intranet research and development of related content. For

FullTilt Solutions, Access will develop corporate positioning, product

marketing and a thought-leadership campaign. For IBM spin-off Delphion,

the agency will work on a product launch and thought-leadership

campaign. To help service these accounts, SVP Darcy Harrison joins

Access from her position of MD of Burson-Marsteller's tech practice. She

will be in charge of b-to-b technologies.
