PALO ALTO, CA: Neale-May & Partners has hired a former CNN senior executive producer as managing director of Global-Fluency's global operations.Founder Donovan Neale-May is counting on Charles Caudill to bring his experience building an international television affiliate network to GlobalFluency.
Prior to joining GlobalFluency, Caudill spent 18 months as EVP of a start-up called Message Hero in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, he was a senior news executive at CNN.
Neale-May launched Global-Fluency, a network of independent technology agencies, in August 2001. The network has been based in part on CNN's affiliate model.
