Caudill installed at GlobalFluency

PALO ALTO, CA: Neale-May & Partners has hired a former CNN senior executive producer as managing director of Global-Fluency's global operations.

Founder Donovan Neale-May is counting on Charles Caudill to bring his experience building an international television affiliate network to GlobalFluency.

Prior to joining GlobalFluency, Caudill spent 18 months as EVP of a start-up called Message Hero in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, he was a senior news executive at CNN.

Neale-May launched Global-Fluency, a network of independent technology agencies, in August 2001. The network has been based in part on CNN's affiliate model.

Caudill worked at CNN for 20 years, since the time it was essentially a tech start-up with few resources. "We put together the affiliate network for the same reason other start-ups do: the cost and the lack of manpower,
