NEW YORK: Agencies have just seven days to submit their figures for the PRWeek/Council of PR Firms 2002 Rankings.The figures submitted provide the basis for the year's most widely read - and kept - guide to US agencies and their performance: the PRWeek Rankings 2002, which will be published on May 13.
The rankings analyze the performance of all kinds of PR agencies, from the huge global networks to the dynamic local shops. As well as revenues, it looks at merger-and-acquisition activity, growth rates, revenue by employees, and performance in individual sectors, regions, and practice areas.
But that's not all: The figures submitted to the council also form the basis of PRWeek's sector-based Market Focus pieces and its state- and city-based Regional Focus pieces.
No audit is required for inclusion in the rankings, although firms agree to submit to a random audit conducted by the council.
