said Keith Goldberg, the company's VP of marketing. "We're moving toward becoming more of a marketing analytics service."
One of Biz360's main products, Market360, is designed for use by PR agencies, as well as marketing and PR departments. It offers analysis of print and electronic content.
Recently, the company added a broadcast capability to its research tools, adding analysis of real-time television content, provided by Multivision.
The company talked to six firms in an agency review. In the final decision, Goldberg said he liked the fact that A&R Partners "keeps employees longer.
It's not the sort of 'churn and burn' you see in the PR space."
Previously, Biz360 retained Peter Evers with Magnet PR. "It was the natural growth of our company; we needed an agency to grow with us," Goldberg said.
