WASHINGTON: Liquid Marketing and Insight, an integrated marketing firm, has opened its doors in Georgetown.

WASHINGTON: Liquid Marketing and Insight, an integrated marketing firm, has opened its doors in Georgetown.

Running the operation are Glenn Whiting, former GM of SF Interactive and VP of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, and Mark Gundersen, former press secretary for the House Committee on Ways and Means and manager of media relations for the Nasdaq.

Liquid's offerings will include direct-response marketing, public relations strategies, interactive design, and guerrilla marketing. It has also packaged its research capabilities into a service called Insight, which combines traditional and online research tactics that gather information from the street, campuses, cyberspace, and traditional outlets.

The agency's first clients include the Digene Corporation and AWS Convergence Technologies.
