NEW YORK: A motion by Orbis Broadcast Group seeking a preliminary injunction against MultiVu - a PR Newswire company - and six of its employees, including its president Tim Bahr, was denied on June 11. Additionally, a limited temporary restraining order was declared "vacated by the Supreme Court of the State of New York. The dismissed motion alleged that PR Newswire breached a comarketing agreement by establishing MultiVu on the basis of proprietary information belonging to Orbis.
