WALNUT CREEK, CA: Multivision has launched Digital Showroom, a new service that allows clients to view, organize, and archive television news clips in a near-real-time platform online.
"This offers clients an easy way of seeing the content and being able to react to it right away, said Brent Bamberger, VP of marketing.
The new service allows clients to view TV content exactly as it was broadcast, from anywhere at any time, over the web. Each clip also contains the program, station, airdate, market, and closed-caption information about when it aired.
The previous method of viewing clips required gathering them from various sources and then storing them on individual hard drives, which takes up vast amounts of storage space.
