NEWS IN BRIEF: Omnicom say PR still sore spot

NEW YORK: Omnicom Group officials, announcing Q3 profits up 37%, said PR continued to be a sore spot in its portfolio. Profits for the company's PR businesses, which include Porter Novelli, Ketchum, and Fleishman-Hillard, were up 9% over those for Q2, but down 4.8% for the full nine months of the current fiscal year.
