NEW YORK: Ketchum announced management changes in its Atlanta office and global marketing practice today.

Barri Rafferty has been named director of the agency's Atlanta office, effective January 10. Rafferty is currently director of the agency's global brand marketing practice, and associate director of the New York office. She succeeds Doug Breuer, who left Ketchum earlier this year.

An Atlanta native, Rafferty said, "I am excited to combine my global brand experience with my passion for the city's culture."

Kelley Skoloda, the current director of new business and associate director of Pittsburgh and global marketing, will assume Rafferty's post as director of the global brand marketing practice.

Additionally, Jane Shivers, partner/managing director of the Atlanta office, left the agency to start her own consultancy. She plans to serve as a consultant to Ketchum. Currently, there are no plans to fill Shivers' post.

Ketchum ranked fourth among PR firms in revenue in 2001, with $161 million in billings, according to the Council of PR Firms annual survey.
