Chase new First World senior VP

DENVER: First World Communications named Scott Chase senior vice president of corporate and government affairs, a new position. Most recently VP of corporate communications and governmental affairs at Denver-based ICG Communications, his role will include public and media relations, advertising, public policy and human resources.
