Cops hot over pepper-spray debacle

Most cities are thrilled with any publicity suggesting their police officers are diligently enforcing the law. Roanoke, authorities, however, were forced to fire Sgt. Allen Camden when word leaked out that he used pepper-spray to immobilize a lawbreaker.
