Investor relations firm Coffin Communications Group has won the TrimFast Group's IR account.
Coffin Communications will work with TrimFast, a Nasdaq-traded provider of nutritional supplements, to strengthen its profile in the retail brokerage industry, according to Sanjay Sabnani, president of Coffin Communications.
In addition to being a good audience for enhancing awareness of the company in the investment community, Sabnani said stressed-out stock brokers from two overlapping generations - Generation X and baby boomers - represent potential customers for the company's nutrition products. 'I think there is a good overlap; the brokers we want to go after are a good customer demographic for TrimFast.'
TrimFast manufactures and distributes products targeted to health-and fitness-conscious consumers. Some of the company's products are similar to current nutritional products already on the market, but Sabnani said the firm plans to develop a game plan for differentiating TrimFast's various proprietary formulations, such as Immune Blast, as part of its IR communications strategy.
