Robotic Visions Systems (RVSI) has hired Neal Sanders to spearhead its investor relations and corporate communications programs.
Sanders replaces Diane Basile, the company's former investor relations director, who left to become director of investor relations at Staples.
He assumed the position of VP of investor relations and corporate communications on January 4. He will oversee all corporate communications programs at RVSI.
Prior to joining RVSI, Sanders served as vice president of corporate development at Fairfax, VA-based Information Analysis, from March 1998 to January 1999. He has held investor relations and corporate communications positions in various technology companies including Analog Devices, Bolt Beranek & Newman, and Microdyne.
In his new position at RVSI, Sanders will focus on attracting additional attention from the institutional investment community as well as integrating the communications activities of the company's various divisions.
'The goal is to take all the different strands of communications programs across divisions and weave them into a mosaic that the investor community will understand,' Sanders said.
