Academy-award winning actress Meryl Streep and famed violinist Itzhak Perlman have lent their talents to public service announcements and an audio tour through New York's Museum of Jewish Heritage's A Living Memorial to the Holocaust.

Academy-award winning actress Meryl Streep and famed violinist Itzhak Perlman have lent their talents to public service announcements and an audio tour through New York's Museum of Jewish Heritage's A Living Memorial to the Holocaust. The audio tour, underwritten by AT&T, will be available to visitors July 1. The exhibition houses more than 2,000 photos, 800 artifacts and 24 original films. In addition, Streep and Perlman will appear in the Museum's broadcast PSAs, which will focus on various museum themes. 'This museum represents the strength and resilience of the human spirit,' said Streep. 'I'm helping to keep these memories alive.'
